Both unlimited plans (256k and 512k) are not dedicated, users report an average of 25kBps on 256k and 55/56 kBps on 512k. Users are not upgraded to double speeds after 11pm till 9am, even after stating on their Website. Note that this only applies to certain areas and so far seems to affect customers at random. Some may or may not get this feature, and is not guaranteed to take place everyday. 

Exatt relies completely on the Cable Operators and Local Wiremen for Customer Care and Billing, although there have been customers who would be satisfied, but for now they exist in minority. The customers have reported quite a lot of downtimes, but are rectified soon enough and excellent performance with P2P programs(The Unlimited Package has a capped Bandwidth of 25 KBps and 55 KBps unlike the Mb based plans which have Uncapped dedicated speeds even in p2p applications. 

Please use GNU/Linux to avoid getting nasty windows viruses and spyware. Using Windows based machine on exatt net is very dangerous because of the crackers on the network and internet. GNU/Linux is inherently secured and does not get affected by virus. It is also not possible to hack GNU/Linux machines.
