This is my story. I was living with my parents in Panchkula and the only source of internet connectivity available to me was in the form of Sify Broadband. I survived with them for barely a year. The problems at one stage became unbearable and I decided to ditch the service and move out of my parent's place. I moved to Gurgaon and took an Airtel Broadband connection. Life has been somewhat easier since then. My saga with Sify Broadband inspired me to start a blog on Sify Broadband. Later, I started a broadband forum to discuss the problems faced by users in India. And now we have this Wiki. People get inspired to do incredible things from all the weird reasons!
