Tata Indicom is the latest ISP in India to announce its own Fair Usage Policy. They also now have limits on unlimited broadband connections. Unlike Airtel they are not slowing down the speeds of the users after the limit is touched. Instead, they are going to ask the customer to reduce the usage or move to a higher bandwidth plan. Sadly, the higher bandwidth plans get little increment when it comes to data transfer. |
